About BPFAC
Bloomington's Parent & Family Advisory Council (BPFAC) is a collaboration between parents from each of Bloomington's 15 schools, School Board, teachers, principals and the superintendent. The Council exists to inform, engage and empower families through collaboration with the school district and each other. We are autonomous and in partnership with the Bloomington Public Schools.
BPFAC’s core values are:
Student well-being is paramount
Equity is foundational
Inclusivity is fundamental
BPFAC believes equity means recognizing that different school communities have different needs. By coordinating fundraising efforts and distributing resources thoughtfully, we aim to expand opportunity, strengthen trust, and support student success across Bloomington Public Schools.
The Bloomington Parent & Family Advisory Council is a nonprofit 501c3 public charity qualified to receive tax-deductible donations.
